Its location was great and particularly good, on how to use everything. The staff was responsive and we met the host. Having a fully furnished kitchen helped a lot.

We had a such great stay in Kailua-Kona short walk to the beach, Kona town centre, and airport. The kitchen had tea and coffee making facilities, fridges, and an oven etc. We stayed in apartment and greatly enjoyed the view of swimming pool...

We had a fantastic 6-night stay, and the room was well-equipped with an iron, ironing board, tea and coffee, and a TV.

It's a decent place for 4 guests. Thanks for perfectly pleasant stay, I would stay here again.

While staying at Holualoa Garden 303, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. Security was a concern as there was no safe to protect valuables while away from the property.
